PC admin psw- change?

Can you change the admin password to your PC, if so, how do you do it?
My PC has been compromised and I need to change the admin password!

    do you mean the admin user password has been changed and you do not know it ??

    No, I do know it but a colleague saw me type it in and now I am worried that he may use it to gain access to my PC?

    should be able to change it from control panel , then user accounts
