I sold 2 deigner items (genuine). buyer in the states, was very happy and left great feedback.
Today my feedback total had gone down by 1 - I checked, and this buyer is no longer registered, and all the feedback that he gave has been removed. He only bought designer items, and had about 30 feedbacks when I originally received mine.

what have ebay done?, and why?

When a buyer is kicked off the site their feedback is void i think.

If a member is suspended by eBay, negative and neutral Feedback left by that member is removed. If a member is suspended within 90 days of registration, all Feedback is removed.

Serial scammer I'd say, kept denying receipt to get their stuff free after Paypal INR disputes (one of the plus-sides of ebay now handling the dispute processes, they get kicked off sooner because it's noticed quicker).
