mine entry interpretive report

ive just had a buyer pull out of buying our house (postcode dy5 3us) due to mine shafts around the property, and i have been told that there is another report that i can get that would give more detail about the mines.

and this is called an interpretive report and ive been told it costs £75 + vat, ive been on the coal authorities web site to try and order this report but the section under mining reports only gives 3 options

1. enviro all in one report for £59.70
2. ground stability report for £44.00
3. mining report for £27.00 (think this is the one that the solicitor has already done)

are the first or 2nd ones the same as the interpretive report? if not, does nayone know where i can obtain a copy on the internet, or do i have to do it through my solicitor

thanks
its only a bargain, if you need it or will use it.

    The Interpretive Report Service
The Authority also offers an interpretative reports service, at a cost of £75.00 plus VAT
This service is offered to customers when a mine entry is disclosed in either a standard
residential Mining or Ground Stability report. This report will provide more detailed
analysis and advice about the mine entries. This will include a risk assessment as to
whether, in the expert opinion of the Coal Authority, the main building of the property is inside or outside the possible zone of ground movement from any reported mine entry.
Please note that it may not be possible to produce a report if the main building to
the property cannot be identified from Coal Authority plans (ie: for development
    sites and new builds)
