the only problem i had with my mesh computer was the amount of crap that came pre loaded onto it.

one quick reinstall with the provided vista media did the trick. the machine has been running fine ever since.

(yes, i do know that most OEMs pre load a lot of rubbish before anyone points it out!)

My last 2 desktops have been Mesh and have to say, I've been really happy with them. No problems whatsoever. Can't say anything about Customer Service, as I've never had a need to contact them.

    Hi

I had a Mesh computer a few years ago. It had a faulty motherboard and the hard drive was replaced twice. It give up after 3.5 years. Latest I've had for almost 3 years from Overclockers.com. Apart a replacement hard drive (300gb installed instead of the advertised 500gb) it's been fine.

Computer magazines often have Mesh computers as 'Best Buys' or A rated.

They do - but the surveys of satisfaction with Mesh Customer Services have them near the bottom.

Well, I got a Mesh computer, it was great value and I've not had any problems with it. Can't really comment on customer services though as I've never needed to contact them
