:mad: Not Happy with Hot - Fires.
Placed order 14th Feb - delivered at last yesterday.
We sent emails which were not read, hours trying to get through by phone, but the worst thing was being given dates for delivery, but not turning up after we had stayed in all day.
Then finding out the fire had not been scheduled for delivery but no one had let us know!
Good prices and the fire is fine - but BEWARE - we were certainly lied to, and messed about.

We've had exactly the same problem with them. Our stove took over 6 weeks to arrive, and we're still waiting for the 'FREE' logs and gloves.
