Calais

Going on the Eurotunnel to Calais this weekend and staying overnight. Already got accommodation booked, does anyone have any ideas of things to do/see in and around Calais. We'll have the car so driving to places isn't a problem?

We don't plan to go shopping, and like things like castles, museums, etc.

Dunquerque is worth a trip too. If you're up that way why not nip over the border into Belgium just to say you've been :)
    Can I help?

Unfortunately you won't have much time to study them if you do it on your way over, but the information desk at Eurotunnel has enough brochures about things to do and places to go to sink a ship (or is that an unfortunate expression to use!?). A phone call might result in them sending you a batch if you talk nice to them - worth a try.
