Guidance needed: Fixing an acrylic donation box to an mdf plinth

Hi,
I have built an mdf plinth on which to sit an acrylic donation box for a local charity I am involved with.
I need to fix the acrylic box on top of the plinth and wondered whether gluing or screwing the box would be the best option. If drilling and fixing would be best - any tips on drilling acrylic?
I will also need to fix four printed acrylic panels on the plinth. Again, I am unsure how to fix these.
Any ideas or advice from anyone would be appreciated.

best tip for drilling any plastic, is to start with a small bit and work up to the final size required.
make sure the bits are sharp. blunt ones will just burn the plastic.
drill slowly and dont use any heavy pressure. let the drill bit do the work.Get some gorm.0 -
I'm sure I recently read that No More Nails now comes in a semi permanent formulation strong enough to stick a picture to a wall, but easily removed when it needs to be. Might be worth a try ?.................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0
