Ebico: Alone in not reducing their prices.

There's a message on Ebico's facebook page dated 11 March to say they're reducing prices from next month but they were still finalising deals0
-
Probably a split between gas and electricity if last year is anything to go by.
I though they might skip a reduction as they were looking at putting more wind into their electricity fuel mix.0 -
We can confirm that the price of EquiGas will be reduced next month. We are still finalising details and will be announcing the reduction, formally, to customers shortly. We can also confirm that EquiGas will remain the fairest gas tariff in the market with zero standing charge, a flat energy rate and no price distinction between payment types.
Unless of course you have a prepayment meter, where we gave only those customers with a gas PPM £12 credit that no other customers got.

Fair? No price distinction? You gotta be kidding me!
Probably, the biggest mistake Ebico made in 10 years of trading, I'm afraid."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
If a not for profit company can't reduce their prices, it kind of explains the complicated energy market we have to live within & at the same time lets you see the big 6 companies aren't actually overcharging in the way the media would like us to think.0

Just checked their Facebook page.
EBICO are not reducing their gas prices !!That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
I find this extremely hard to believe. I too read the message on the Facebook page and must admit was originally taken in by it but am beginning to think the post may be the work of a hacker. Surely Ebico would have been more professional in making an announcement about this and mysteriously there is no mention of this on their website.
Is there any chance the Ebico representative could investigate??0
