Land Registry sale data -3 sales missing from sale data

I was looking at property sales in my road on nethouseprices.com.
I noticed there wasn't any sale data for a flat a few doors down, which I know has been sold 3 times from 2005 to 2007 to different people.
Possibly been sold more times during past 10+ years when data has become publicly available.
Strange.
How can it be sold, but data is not on nethouseprices.com who get their data from Land Registry ?
How can it be the property sales don't show and the sale data is missing ?

Someone on here once said you can stop data about your sale from being passed on by the Land Registry to the websites. Don't know whether or not that is true. The sale of my flat has never shown up on there and it's been almost 7 years now!0

I could be wrong but I think sales involving companies don't show up as well.0

I looked on houseprices.co.uk and found the missing property.
Its details aren't registered correctly, the road name is missing/wrong !!
nethouseprices.com searches on road name so I assume it does not find the missing property. Initially you can enter postcode, but then you select just road name. You can't just stick to a postcode.
houseprices.co.uk searches just on postcode, so finds the missing property, but the road name is completely wrong !!0 -
I found one of the property sales in 2005 on houseprices.co.uk, but the transfers in 2006 & 2007 are missing, so maybe it was repossessed or covered by one of other conditions so that it does not show in Land Registry data.
Thinking about it, when you see people moving & for sale/sold sign on property, you don't know what's happening behind scenes, so you just assume property has been sold normally.
Checking the property at Land Registry Error Reporting here:
http://www1.landregistry.gov.uk/propertyprice/ppi_cust_error_rep.asp
It shows road name is missing and the locality is completely wrong !!0 -
I sometimes find data missing from zoopla can be found on ourproperty. Maybe data missing from the OP's site(s) can be found on one of these.
I'd suggest if you want a full picture for any street or area, consult at least two or three of these sites.0 -
I think for clarity ALL house sales should appear.
Why hide the reduced prices?0 -
Who says anyone's hiding anything? I just put the discrepancies down to bad data housekeeping or bad data transfer between the various systems....0
