Memory advice needed

I've just upgraded my PC and the only thing left to do is upgrade my memory for it.
The problem is that I only have two slots and I currently have 1 used with 2gb DDR2 800.
I'm just wondering if anyone could advice on what to go for from these below or maybe something different. I'm buying through Amazon as I have £30 of vouchers available:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-Value-800Mz-DDR2-NonECC/dp/B0012Y0QT8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1269618472&sr=8-1
Use this with my current memory allready installed
http://www.amazon.co.uk/PNY-XLR8-OVERCLOCKED-240-pin-PC2-8500/dp/B001M677J8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1269618777&sr=8-1
Use these and sell my current memory
Is there any real notable difference between 800MHZ and 1066MHZ?
Please help me

You really won't know until you run a scan from the Crucial website, or by using something like PC Wizard, as it depends on the capabilities of the chipset on your motherboard.
FWIW, the second option would give you slightly faster memory (CL5 instead of 6 - lower is better here), but again that will only be any use if the chipset can run it at the lower CL rating.0
