What reason do you want to use an agp card rather than the onboard card?
Also how much do you want to spend? you can spend alot on a graphics card is why Im asking0 -

Any AGP8x card should fit. Something like a Radeon 9600XT will play all but the most recent games at a decent frame-rate... not sure what the equivalent Nvidia card is. You might also find a used 9800 Pro for less than a new 9600, which will be significantly faster.
Just don't buy a Geforce FX if you plan to play games more than two years old. They're cheap, but dog-slow on recent games.0 -
thanks m8,will lookout for one of those

If your looking to buy new you might struggle to find some of the cards mentioned by movieman. Most companies have moved to PCI-Express so the range of agp cards is quite limited.

The Sapphire x1300 on here is £65 and should be an improvement on your current gfx. Only drawback is it passively cooled (which means that it uses a heatsink not a fan to cool the card). This is fine if your case has decent airflow through it to cool the heatsink. If not you might want to look at one of the other cards on there.
If you could stretch your budget the Sapphire X1600 Pro 256MB at £90 would give the PC a much bigger boost and have some staying power in regards to new games as and when they come out.
Hope that helps!Out of my mind. Back in 5 minutes.0
