All companies charge admin charge of similar kind. Norwich Union charges £52 for cancellation and £12 + as applicable for policy changes.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0

Reality is that it is very hard for an insurance company to make money underwriting and selling motor insurance in todays market so admin fees are a way to claw back some profitability into the business.0
