Sky by broadband?

Tried to download skybybroadband for movies but it came up with my media player was not installed, which it is, i have media player 10.
Went to microsoft, installed again for media 10 but came up with i have a more recent version and wouldn't complete setup.
Tried sky again still not working, so tried installing media 11( beta version) still doesn't regonise!
Any help?

Hi thanks tried that but still not working, keeps saying i need media player 10!

have you actually installed the download onto your PC?? not just downloaded it and saved it somewhere??0
