Boo Hiss to Co-op - help?

Hi
I took out a parachute basic bank account with Co-op about 7 months ago and transferred all my transactiosn to that. Nothing but trouble since then, they have repeatedly missed transactions off statements and dont seem to work to the same GMT at the rest of the UK which causes massive issues.
They have twice told me by letter that I did not have enough money in my account to make a payment however, there was enough money in and the payments were made. They got me in such a tiz though that by the third time, I didnt have enough in and it bounced. 3 days later (12th March) I got a letter from them saying they were giving me 30 days notice.
TBH I just though ok, well good riddance. However, they cancelled all my standing orders and direct debits which come out on payday so I knew I would have to make them manually this month as was too late to set up new ones and get salary transferred to my new (old) account. Today being said payday, I made a payment online this morning which went through fine but by lunchtime, they had cancelled my card meaning I was up a creek without a paddle.
When I phoned they gave me an option to make transfer to my account which the guy did and said it is an immediate transaction yet there is no money in my account now.
Absolutely skint and I need to pay my bills - anyone had a similar experience and what is best way to handle them.
Complaint letter will come once immediate issue of getting hold of my pay and me keeping up with contractual payments as well as buying the essentials like gas electric food and petrol!!

Do you have a credit card or a parent/sibling/ lover that you could borrow off for a few weeks? Get a small overdraft on your old/new account?
Absolutely, put in the complaint, but even if they repay all your costs etc - that is several weeks away.angelflower wrote: »Hi

Sorry but this sounds like incompetence on your part rather than the bank's.Ethical moneysaver0
