How much does this cost in terms of startup, ongoing and %?

Take sometime to read through some of the other threads, there have been a couple about this in the small biz section of late.

    Good luck!
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

That doesn't sound bad for a mobile machine. Fixed card terminals are 20 or 25 pounds/ month typically.

Welcome to the boards. Not sure what this has to do with credit cards, but I think the answer is that unless you have insurance to cover this, you wouldn't be able to 'claim' anything from anyone, and I don't think it would be an allowable business expense, because it was for your benefit, rather than necessary for the business, if you see the distinction.

If you have an accountant, they would advise you better than I can, however.
