Cant pay min paymeny

Hi, my soon to be ex is struggling to pay the min amount on her cap 1 credit card, she is 3 months default and is currently being charged a default sum od £12 and over limit charge of £12 also, she mentioned that they have asked for an income and outgoins. What options are open to her if any?, can she ask that they stop the charges, is there any templates or letters to send to them.

If you have spent the money, you have to pay it back. If your ex would be willing to negotiate with CC company like they have asked, she would be alot better off. It's best sorting arrears out before they go to a debt agency. Sort the finances form out asap,
they maybe able to freeze interest and come up with a payment plan.
