Hong kong sevens tickets

My sister purchased tickets from these guys in Feb for her husbands 50th. hongkongsevenstickets.com After numerous emails where they gave them all details including hotel where the tickets were to be sent etc, they emailed yesterday to say they couldn't provide tickets. When I called them they were very cagey and wouldn't reveal names of directors etc. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

They appear to be based in Gibraltar. I think if your sister gets her money back she's done well, I certainly wouldn't deal with them as they clearly aren't an official site, just touts.

  • Word of warning. hongkongsevenstickets website comes up no.3 on a search for tickets for Hong Kong Sevens. I made numerous phonecalls from Australia to confirm they existed and were legitimate. Always spoke to an English person and the original address on website was London address. All my emails were responded to quickly. I took every precaution possible. Appeared very legitimate. This website sells tickets to all different sporting events. Don't use them. Don't be fooled. I have a husband and two friends in Hong Kong without tickets.
  • They originally listed an address in Mayfair. Thanks for the comments.
