I let mine know even though we did not have arrears, he thanked me for letting him know, 6 weeks after my BR he rang me to let me know the OR had contacted him anyway. There was nothing in my tenancy agreement about BR but I thought it was best to be up front with him.:pB&SC No. 298

Re not believing you, you may find a few of them are like that, even when they have seen the proof on the IS site, it is very odd!!
Cancel the dd with the bank yourselves, and then you'll know it is done.0 -
