Hi
I requested a Credit Agreement from Northern Rock. I took a mortgage with a loan for £10 250 in 2007. They responded back with the Original copies of the Credit Agreement except that the page that my signature is on is photocopied. So what they have done is enclosed the Original of page 2 without my signature and the Photocopied page 2 with my signature.

yes it is.
The courts ruled in December that the original agreement is not required and therefore your signature isnt necessary.
However, there has never been any requirement to provide you with originals. They may prefer to hold the original for safe keeping rather than give it to you.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
