Help finding services on Windows ME

Can anyone please assist,
I cant find out how to check what services are running under Windows ME,
tried right clicking My Comp but no manage tag as in Win 2K,
tried looking in Control Panel no luck....any ideas ?
I need to know if Blackice.exe is running.

winme doesnt have services afaik, and thats not a lot with regard to winme, but i do know that win95/98 didnt have services the same way that win2000/xp does.
though if you want to see what processes are running you could use this nice little tool from sysinternals called process explorer
