DDR2 SODIMM - Cheapest?

Is LowestOnWeb still the cheapest for a 512mb DDR2 SODIMM?

Dell Inspiron 1300 is really screaming for memory now so I'll need to get the card out

See PC World do a stick for £27.99 (little more expensive, but I'd get it tonight) that uses Elixir chips which I believe are manufactured by Nanya, and it's Nanya memory that the current 256mb is, so is it worth the little extra for that?
(However much I hate PC World )
