Top Dilema - it broke but I spilt tea on it!

Ok what would you do?

I got Karen Millen vouchers for a present and bought a lovely top in the sale yesterday, work it to work today where some idiot on the train splash me with a tiny bit of tea (i've blotted it) but blow me and hour later the tag on the front fell off - what do you think I should do? it cost £50! do I dry clean it and take it back of do you think it would be better to get it repaired? and leave it? i'm gutted :(

It shouldn't really matter, after all you want to return it because its faulty, its not because you're changing your mind and the tea spillage isn't instrumental to the fault. Just take it back to the shop as it is, point out the fault and ask for a replacement or refund.
