Wickes Paint

Decided to decorate my house, cant afford to hire a painter/decorator to do so doing it myself. Saw on the TV ads for Wickes paints, has anyone bought from them and used the paint? If so what is the quality of the paint like and what about the price?

Will need to order online so would like to know whether there is any probs with delivery?

I've jsut used some of their "new range" white matt emulsion over some dark walls and have been very impressed with the coverage and finish when applied with a roller. Way better than any other paint I've ever used. Will be using some of their gloss this weekend - will see how that fares.

I've always been very happy with Homebase's own range (I believe manufactured by Crown). They've a 15% weekend starting today I believe, and their paint is on 2 2.5l cans for £16, so £13.60 for 5l after the discount, plus triple nectar points. (I'll be buying some on my way home tonight!). I see on their website Wickes are offering a 20% discount, but it still works out to £9 for 2.5l.

i used some of there stuff for a job once, lets just say im part of 2 / 10 decorators that dont like it.
