It's my Mum's birthday next week and she has asked for rose bushes ,I usually take her around the garden centre and make a day of it but being heavily Preg I really don't feel up to it :(

Is there anywhere you can recommend online I can use ?

Personally, I love David Austin Roses (just google, not sure of the link) but they are quite expensive! Completely worth it, though, in my opinion! :D

I bought a ruby wedding rose from Cockers roses for our 40th anniversary last year.
prices not bad ,quality great and customer service second to none.
They also put in a yellow korrosia rose free of charge.:j
    Their web address is roses.uk.com
Won't allow me to put the weblink in as new user, so just copy and paste the roses.uk.com into your browser and hit enter and it should go to the site anyway.Otherwise just add the www. at the beginning.

Hi, we had a good experience with buying a couple of "champagne cocktail" roses from www.apuldramroses.co.uk to give to our mums at our wedding last year. They were delivered as promised within a few days and with some buds ready to open which was great; they looked gorgeous on the day itself.

I wanted to add - i would also second (third?) David Austin roses. I had some gorgeous pink ones in my bouquet which mum made, they were so beautiful. Obviously we bought cut ones not a pot, but still, the service was excellent.

Another recommendation for David Austin, particularly the English roses. I have Eglantyne and Geoff Hamilton and both are vigorous and very disease resistant.
