Dodgy or what?

I've been a frequent user of Ebay for the last three years and for the most I have smooth successful transactions, however in light of these new fees for shops I've been looking for an alternative. I came across https://www.ebid.co.uk and upon searching fr a Nintendo DS
I came across this http://uk.three.ebid.net/perl/auction.cgi?auction=1154257104-20936-0&mo=auction
Now that look like a good deal but on Ebay I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole with such a low price and a seller with no previous feedback however Im thinking this is a new site why would he have feedback? Then I look at payment methods and see this PPPay.com which Ive never heard of so basically Good Deal or Dodgy Deal?

Nothing indisuptably dodgy about it. I believe PPPay is a legit form of payment. Remember this is ebid, not ebay, and you won't have paypal shoved down your neck here.

Personally I'd steer clear because of the low feedback and the stock photo.

I haven't looked at the auction yet. PPpay is safe, I've got an account, it works the same as Paypal but it's cheaper

I suppose all payment methods are safe until fraudsters start abusing them.
