Is it worth putting my name onto all boroughs in London if I want to buy, I am not a key worker, i dont want to buy less then 75% of the property.
Is it worth it at all?

If you don't want to buy less than 75%, are you not able to buy a flat/house on the open market? ... Most HAs stipulate that if you can afford a suitable home anyway, you will not qualify for their assistance.

Sorry, forgot to say - just in case there IS something out there for you, don't go trawling through every HA in London, register with https://www.housingoptions.co.uk and they will put you in touch with anything that you might be eligible for.
