Property Law when can my land be classed as garden?

We bought a plot of land for a barn conversion nearly 6 years ago. Together with this plot of land was additional land attached to it. We have been using this additional land as garden for the barn conversation for over 5 years now, Can anyone tell me in planning law can this additional land now be classed as our garden.

did you apply for pp to change from agri to residential garden? check with your local planning office, they will let you know.0
