I am lukcy enough to have been told by the FOS that Santander cards are going to give me back £524 against credit card charges!
does this mean that they will credit my account- or will they issue a cheque?xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

They'll usually credit your account.
If you don't owe them the amount they'll refund, you can get that back in the form of a cheque."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
