Letting House Insurance

Options
Can anyone offer any advice on lowering the cost of house and contents insurance for letting properties. My job has recently moved me abroad and i am letting my house (unfurnished) in the UK. This is the first time i have done this and I was advised by my current insurance provider (Norwich Union- Utima Select and Protect) to change to their letting house and contents policy which includes legal protection (if i have problems evicting tenants) and also insurance cover for wood flooring / carpets etc. They are currently asking approx £23 per month (which is what i was paying them when they covered all my contents in the property aswell) and i would be interested to know whether i would be better off going elsewhere. Grateful for any advice.....

£23 a month sounds like a good deal, but if you put "landlord insurance" into Google, you should find plenty of other places to get a quote.
    Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac ;)
