Landlord Contents Insurance

Hi,
My girlfriend owns a flat in London which she is going to rent out on a fully furnished basis
At this stage we are looking to insure the contents only of the property. The buildings insurance is covered under the service charge.
Just wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction of a company who caters for this need.
