I got the invoice too, no sim and quidco stuck at £25 only.

I am sure quidco will track right once sim activated but why on earth should I pay for something which I havent used or even got it delivered.

Gonna cancel it as soon as I can find a real person to speak too. What an absolute waste of time and total bunch of monkeys at O2!

I phoned 02 today about my bill and they have credited my account from 26 Mar (date ordered place) to 2 April.

Op said I would still get the same number of mins shown on my bill for this month and a credit for £5.83 will show up on next months bill.

So give them a ring once you get your Sim and they will correct this for you.

Just phoned and had my 6 days credited! Quidco tracked so all looking good.

Oh dear. Mine still hasn't tracked. Anyone else still in the same boat? What should we do?
I bought things from other places yesterday and they all tracked straight away on Quidco...

SIM arrived today... just arranging to get credit back for the billed days I didn't have the SIM.

Quidco tracked yesterday at £25.. hope it validates at higher amount.

Seems I have been posting on the wrong thread.
Still nothing tracked on Quidco.I have just emailed them again to see if they can give any further advice

I also haven't tracked on Quidco. They have told me I have to wait 30Days to put in a query.- Not much good then as it's too late to cancel.
