Topcashback's £200 O2 Sim-only offer has already passed, it was last week (30th-31st March).
Perhaps it has been sent by mistake, unlikely they are going to redo the same promotion when there's plenty of members still complaining of it not being tracked yet.0 -

I ordered my sim on 28th March, received no confirmation email but did receive an online bill on 3rd April I then received the sim on the 5th.
Unfortunately i've still got no tracking on Quidco!! I have checked the order status on my o2 and it says 'order in progress'. I wonder if this could be preventing it tracking on quidco. I have emailed o2 and am waiting for a reply.
Anyone else experiencing similar problems??0 -
Just phoned up 02 and cancelled my order....order went through 30/03/10 and still no SIM. Not really bothered about the £200 cashback from TCB. It had tracked but F*** it !!
Crap service with 02 and they were charging you from the date of order for a product that most people don't seem to have yet.
Funnily enough I have a contract with 02 and recently lost my phone....they sent me a replacement SIM and I received it next day....
Seems to be something afoot here with this Whopping cashback offer... are they making the dosh out of charging everyone straight away and making them wait a week or so before sending the SIM ???? Hmmmmmmmmmm........

NO SIM for everyone for at least 1 week or more ??? billed from date order accepted, no product for anyone to use as it is not in our possession. 02 making money for nowt..doing some sort of deal with TCB for referrals. Therefore no one pays US apart from US. Just my opinion. But its very strange NO ONE is receiving their SIMS at least for a week or two ???? The plot thickens........0 -
A message for those whose order still haven't tracked you may wish to consider the folliwing information I have just received the following helpful, albeit disappointing reply from Topcashback and I have to say in my opinion TCB have been most honest and helpful as they have been whenever I have had a query.
I have decided not to submit a claim for missing commission as I don't want to take the chance of waiting for the outcome in 30+ days as I am not prepared to pay £30 for the Contract as it just isn't worth that to me. But Good Luck to anyone who is.
Fortunately (as previously post) I ordered the same Sim on the same offer the week before from Quidco which (hopefully) has tracked successfully to replace my son's existing full price i-pod contract that is due to expire on 26 April and his need is greater than mine.

We have had the reports back from this time period so it would appear that this has gone untracked. If you completed wholly and immediately on-line and you are a new customer and not an upgrade, you could submit a missing commission claim for this by visiting:

and ensuring that we have all your details here.
We submit claims in batches every few weeks, however this merchant has a validation period of 30 days and we are unable to send claims prior to this.

I have just cancelled my deal which I ordered on 25.3.10 but I did not receive it until 2.4.10. They tried to argue that the 14 days was from date of order but after speaking to 3 different people I got through to a lovely lady who cancelled it and made sure I got a refund for the charges from 25.3.10 to 2.4.10. The dd went out yesterday but she said I will only be charged from 2.4.10 until today.
Now I have decided I can transfer my 3 simcard into my new IPhone0 -

I did the first order where the cashback was £100. I also cancelled it after 4 days as no sim ever arrived (and still hasn't), however, I received my quidco today....0
