Gsm,Gps car tracker

hi a guy i work with had his car stolen(got it back now) & it was fitted with a gsm,gps tracker on it,It was was only a cheap one from dealextreme the info the tracker sent him was no use.Can anyone tell us what this means as this is the info it was text him

What is the make and model of the tracker? Is it supposed to have software with it? Did you get a manual when you bought it?

As i said its a guy i work with i wont be able to get the info until tomorrow.The first thing i asked him was about software but he didn't get any he told me.I will see what more info i can get from him in the morning
