sar letter

hi im a bit thick to all this sar thing but i have copied a letter and part of it says i undersatnd that statements on there own are not covered by the data protection act yet i m not requesting per se but th charges which i am entitled. what is PER SE any help pls

    Hi Sue

    I take it it means per statement, but at least with a SAR request they must send all with the payment of £10. This would include statements as well to what I am aware of, I know with all my SAR's I have received statements.;)

    When i received mine it was on the 39th day lol, but I have known others to receive them earlier.;)

    Most companies will take as long as they can, it's just another delaying tactic, i would imagine they will leave it until as close to the 40 days as they can. Good Luck:)
