good day for me/scary day for OH

I got my cheque for £200 for the prize draw I won – and it has seriously showed me how satisfying it is to pay off some of my debt (I have used it to add to my savings to pay off my mum for the sofas she brought on 0% for me). It has made me see that if I put my mind to it I can put more money towards my DF quest and get there sooner. Well chuffed!

On the other hand, my OH is going to Court today about an outstanding amount that an ex-employee is claiming against the business my OH used to have (Limited Company) and the application was somehow put into my OH’s name at our home address, rather than in the name of the Ltd Co. So my OH is going to Court today to have the judgment set aside – due to it being made incorrectly, and back into the name of the (liquidated) company.

Fingers crossed it goes his way, or he will have to pay about £3k.

IM SCARED! Im going to be chewing my nails off all afternoon!

Lou x

Hugs loulou, I hope the court goes OK for OH and well done on winning £200! With all the competitions I enter I would LOVE to win even half of that!

From the biting knuckles thread just for you Wondergirl hun :)
damn apparently complete waste of time - judge said it is down to employment tribunal to set aside the judgment not the county court - that Oh would have to contact ET
so that was a complete waste of £60 application fee.
