    Thank you to everyone again for your fantastic support it's great to know we are not alone. Just had my first phonecall. after BR and it was so nice not being afraid to answer the phone, it was the Halifax and as soon as i explained i was BR they were very nice and just took all the details....what a difference a day makes x
