Spa break for singles- anyone know of any deals?

Help!
Really feel like I could do with a short break anytime over August pref for short 3 day break (mid-week is fine) or possibly a week as I have plenty of holiday to take.
My boyfriend can't take time off in August so i'm looking at a bit of selfish pampering for myself!
Could be UK, but a short (and cheap if poss!) flight from Birmingham or Coventry would be nicer to Europe. Want luxury hotel with spa facilities- budget flexible but around the £300 mark.
Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations for me?
