Strange sign in Bishops Stortford??

Hi everyone Not really moneysaving this, but I was in Bishops Stortford toady and saw a really odd road sign. It was on the right hand side of the road as I drove up to it, and as I passed, it flashed the letters T A G at me. It was quite high up - certainly over 6 feet. I was so curious to find out what it was, but…
