Bank Charges, 2nd letter

I wrote a letter to Lloyds TSB on behalf of my mum, claiming hardship, they have stated in the letter that she is experiencing financial difficulties. In there letter they put thet my letter did not contain any proper explanation of the agruement regarding abuse of dominant position, and that I will have to explain that they are abusing there position. I am stuck i don't know what to put in reply to that i have stated in the letter that on numerous occasions she has been to her local branch to see somebody about having financial difficulties and that there reply was that she should get a better paid job. Hope someone can help me as I'm stuck and want to get this sorted ASAP.
Thanks

    Did you argue financial hardship?

Read my signature and explain that she has gone into the branch to seek help and rather than sympathetically being dealt with she was told to get a better paid job. Furthermore you need to send evidence of arrears to them.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
