Then for the wine comp, to relax after putting Pauls head in fridge. ( hoping prize was chianti)

Then Knife comp, perfect to use on Pauls head............

Adapt it slight Toni. Meal for 4 for a £5.00. Ingredients:

Paul's Head
Sainsburys Basic Carrots
Sainsburys Basic Potatoes
Sainsburys Basic Red Wine
1 Basic Stock Cube

Put all ingredients into slow cooker and cook for about 5 hours. Add seasoning to taste. Pukka
