How to do a International Stamped Addressed Postcard?

Hello!
Wasn't sure where to post this, but when I searched on postage / royal mail most of the queries on those subjects seemed to be on this forum.
I need to do quite a large international mailout to many different countries. I want to have some sort of confirmation of receipts. I looked up the Royal Mail's rates and the cheapest I can get is Surface Mail (91p) with an international signed for service (+3.71).
I thought possibly a better (ie. cheaper) solution would be to include a stamped addressed postcard for the receiver to mail back once they've received my package. However, I have no idea how you would buy the right stamps and postage amount in order for the postcard to come back to the UK from quite a large range of countries (when you are in the UK).
Does anyone have any ideas on prices and how to get the right postage?
Hope you can help!

There was a thread regarding this a month or so ago. I think it was called C4 and was a postcard you filled . The delivery post office sent it back as a confirmation. I believe it cost 75p. Can anyone find the old thread?0
