depends on how quickly buyers want to move
how quickly solicitors contact each other
how quickly & accurately you fill in forms and return them
Your solicitor / conveyancers will be the best people to ask what is left to do and approx time line.
I know I strung out my purchase a good 2 months more than it should have taken, I was in rented and the house I was buying was empty - so I should have been a perfect quick turn-a-round buyer.0
