Hi am new to the forum and would like a little bit of advice.

Have sold my house and the survey has been done. So i would like to no how long the process is after.

    depends on how quickly buyers want to move
    how quickly solicitors contact each other
    how quickly & accurately you fill in forms and return them

    Your solicitor / conveyancers will be the best people to ask what is left to do and approx time line.

    I know I strung out my purchase a good 2 months more than it should have taken, I was in rented and the house I was buying was empty - so I should have been a perfect quick turn-a-round buyer.
