August Bank Holiday Ideas - Help!

I am looking for ideas for the August bank holiday weekend.
What I would really like is a luxury city apartment with a jacuzzi, i've rented in Berlin & Prague before for a few nights cheaply & easily, but it just doesnt seem to exist over here!
Otherwise open to suggestions, looking for somewhere in England really, hotel or self-catering, we are two young lads so somewhere with some bars would be cool, with somewhere to have a little wander about during the day!
