how to sort out email address

hi
We , well partner, seemed to mucked up on ebay.
They changed the email address as the old email had stopped(web hosting email account) now i had already listed items on ebay and didnt realize , so the paypal account was set for the old account email.
Paypal knows the 2 emails are linked but is asking to verify the old email, which obviously we cant do.
i have 2 pending payments waiting on us verifying email and collecting it.

How do i go about either getting these payment or cancelling them and issuing a new invoice

Contact the buyer to ask if they have a cancel link on their paypal trasnaction

If so the buyer will need to cancel payment

As paypal have removed the option to invoice the buyer with the correct email address, adding details of the ebay item, you would need to mutually agree not to continue with the original transaction. (buyer would not have full buyer protection if payment cannot be linked to ebay item)

If the buyer still requires the item relist as a BIN making sure the email address has ben amended.
