Laptop from Costco?

I am looking to buy a laptop, has anyone bought one from Costco recently? I think they have a years return warranty is that right? I dont have a membership but I have been in with my friend before and the prices seemed quite good.

Any help appreciated.

We will refund your annual membership fee at any time if you are not fully satisfied.

(Effective 6th January 2003, Costco Wholesale's desktop and notebook computer return policy is six months from the date of purchase. After six months from the date of purchase, all services and technical support will be subject to the applicable remaining manufacturer's warranty).

Both my brother in laws work in Costco and they confirm that Costco do offer a full no quibble refund if you are not satisfied with any product, however they are not sure if the extended 3 year warranty on Televisions and selected electrical items still applies to notebooks. Might be worth calling their main office to ask 01923 213113
