Hi David
You may be better off asking on this thread - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1385275 on the bankruptcy board.
Were these debts included on your DRO? Have you sent them proof of your DRO?
They are allowed to continue to send statements for the year I believe but not sure about threatening letters.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Inform the OR, and forward the letters to them if they want them.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

whos the OR mate?
Whichever one is dealing with the DRO.
The OR should have written to each creditor informing them of the DRO.
Refer the creditors to the OR, and if they ignore that then the OR should be able to "have words".

http://www.i-m-a.org.uk/pdfs/dro-newsletter-12-2009.pdfContinued creditor contact with the debtor
Upon the making of a DRO the Official Receiver will make immediate contact with
the qualifying creditors scheduled in the DRO application, however debtors should be
advised that they may continue to receive correspondence from their creditors
subsequent to the making of their DRO. Some creditors may continue to contact the
debtor in order to comply with the Consumer Credit Act, however other creditors may
for whatever reason be unaware of the making of the order and therefore the debtor
should contact the said creditors and advise them of the making of the order,
providing them with their DRO number and the date the order was made. The Official
Receiver will consider intervening should there be any evidence of harassment and
bullying on the part of the creditor.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

OR = Insolvency Service (for most purposes)
Sorry, OR and Insolvency Service are often interchangeable terms on here.
