  • My mum used to work for mullberry and she said any bags that that wernt perfect were slashed and skipped so I doubt there are any outlet stores for them unless its old seasons x
  • If you want a REAL Mulberry bag/purse/accessories at a much lower price then go to one of the Mulberry factory stores, there is one in York and one I think in Bath, not sure where else, although the official Mulberry site will tell you. They also have sales!

The items are already much cheaper than the ones sold in stores (although they will be the previous seasons). I got a Mulberry purse in September starting at £295, in the sale at £150 so snapped it up for £135 (10% student discount!). BARGAIN! Going to have one very happy mother at christmas!

(just looked the factory stores are at Shepton Mallet, York, Cheshire Oaks and Bicester Village)

Please remember the Mulberry outlet/factory stores do not sell online at all, so any website claiming to sell Mulberry for cheap is selling fakes.

    Hi,

Reading the whole thread, I understand that there are a lot of fake websites out there, so I just wanted to check if any of you had an idea if these ones also are:
    https://www.bestmulberryhandbags.com

    http://www.mulberry-outlets.net/

    http://www.mulberryoutletukk.co.uk/

If they are fake then could you please redirect me to a mulberry outlet where I can get originals.

    Thank you!

    Thank you!

Have you tried the official Mulberry site? The ones you list are all very fake.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

    Hello

Try this link for genuine Mulberry at the outlets:

    http://www.mulberryfactoryshop.com/

Or you could try ebay but you must get it authenticated first. The purseforum is a great place to do that, lots of expertise on the Mulberry thread, and everyone is very friendly.

No it isn't. That site is not a genuine Mulberry outlet, and if you had had the gumption to read the post 2 above yours, you would see I have already pointed this out, but I guess spammers aren't too bright.

    lisaqueen you have been :spam:'ed.

  • I have been looking to purchase a Mulberry bag and came across these same fake sites - see link to official Mulberry site below on counterfeit goods

    mulberry.com/#/customerservices/counterfeitgoods/

Note these sites give no company address or contact details

The basic information that must be provided under the EU Regulations is as follows:
    • the name of the service provider;
    • the geographic address at which the service provider is established; and
    • contact details, including an email address.
    Hope this helps
  • Hi all,

I was looking for a discontinued Mulberry bag and found the site mulberrywillowbayswater - it looked really genuine and had all the copyright info on it.

To check what the payment method was I went through to that stage because I'd found a site before with some pretty dodgy looking payment instructions (payitrust). I couldn't see any details so emailed them to ask. This was their reply:

thanks for your order , i found your order its numberS: 75007100
But sorry to tell you that , it was not going on , as payment not done , pls go to our shop and do your order again , pls do payment online directly ,
    thanks
we will ship as soon as your payment finished thanks

    Chris

Doesn't exactly look/sound professional/legit does it? I also found exactly the same site under a different URL. So anyone who finds this site, DO NOT BE FOOLED. It's fake.

Has anyone any experience of using this site, I want to buy an 'Alexa' but dont know whether to trust this site. They are considerbly cheaper then in department stores - which makes me a little dubious!

The site is callled 'mulberry-bags-store' (.com - I cant post a link)

Please could someone check it out and offer me any help.

    Thanks

I know your posting is now a few years old, but I came across it as I have personally just received a fake Mulberry Bayswater from them. Below is my account of what happened:

I purchased a Mulberry bag from "mul berry handbags store co uk" (just close the gaps and add the dots to complete) for my daughter on Dec 26th 2013 as a Christmas gift, with the web site displaying all the signs that it was a genuine and reputable site, selling authentic goods. I believed I was on a genuine Mulberry site, I had no reason to suspect that anything was fraudulent about it, otherwise I would not have proceeded with my purchase. The discounts were attractive, and quite honestly, we could not have afforded one otherwise.

The bag, a Mulberry Bayswater, was delivered to us on Thursday Jan 2nd 2014. The poorly printed delivery note showed that it had come from China, and on opening the package, we found what looked initially as a nice handbag.

However, to our disappointment, we found a few things which fall short of the quality we expected for such a prestige brand, such as scuff marks and poor stitching. I took a number of photos to show these, but suspecting it may be a fake, we did some investigation on the internet.

One key point was that the serial number on our bag is 565321, and as we found out on the web, this serial number is a common number displayed on fake Mulberry bags. Other examples can be found online by searching Mulberry 565321

There are other visible clues which we also found detailed on various site/blogs on the internet, and in addition, another clue to the authenticity of this bag is the poor spelling on the guarantee card. There are no fewer than NINE glaring errors on it, and the quality of the card itself is poor.

A got in contact with the company, using the email address customerservicesno.1 'at' gmail 'dot' com

In response, I received the following reply (pasted directly from that mail).

    Hello dear friend
Sorry that you do not satisfied with the items received.
As return will waste a lot of time and money on it, also there will be risky on the way.
We would like to solve the issue to you.
That you could keep the items, and we also will refund you 20% part.
How do you think about it? Then we will process it to you ASAP.
Hope you can take a kind consideration and replying!
    Best regards

I have rejected that offer, and have insisted on a full refund, but I have received no further contact from them. Out of curiosity, I searched for customerservicesno.1 'at' gmail 'dot' com and found that other people have registered complaints against it, not just for Mulberry bags, but Louis Vuitton products at louis vuittons outlets eu (clearly a web site run by the same people)

I am pursuing a refund through my credit card company, but other people may not be as keen as I am in spreading the word about the fraud being carried out through these web sites, and I would strongly urge anyone to avoid purchasing anything from them.

Mulberry-bags-store.com redirects to Mulberry.com and is now a legitimate and trustworthy link.

Mulberryhandbagsstore.co.uk is a different website. It is run by Chinese scammers. Quite frankly you were lucky to receive anything and, by the sound of it, you avoided paying 20% VAT and the Royal Mail handling fee.

For future reference never use a website which has no contact address, a dubious phone number and uses Hotmail for email enquiries.
