First point of call is to get onto the intel website and hunt down the latest graphics driver for your Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller
That should solve the problem0 -

Graphics Driver
Product Detected Intel® 865G Current Driver Installed 6.14.0010.4396 A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.
when i go to dell site i have this option ... does not look like update

Were it me I'd try the following,
Don't use any 'automatic' driver update programs.
Using the latest intel driver would stand a very good chance of resolving your issue (its at version 14.something dating to 2007, you've on version 6.something.
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/scripts-df-external/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=1044
Don't worry about the 'might cause issues' thing, it 99% probably won't, if it does install the dell one you've linked to.0 -
