I have been called by a representative of this company claiming it can assist in reclaiming PPI and credit card charges. They were cagey and evasive about how they got my details but knew my full name, address and Postcode. Some rudimentary Googling doesnt throw up much but they appear to be an Indian based company and the chap who called certainly sounded from that part of the world.

I have searched the forums but not found any reference to them.

Has anyone on this forum had a similar approach form them? Are they a genuine operator? Are they offering any more (for £69.99) than the advice freely available on this forum ?

Do not go with them. Use the information on this thread and the people on here to help you. You will notice on the thread that there are many people posting who have had problems with Claims Management Companies.

Hi there

I totally agree with Maxdp, do this yourself and do not waste any time or money on these companies.

With help from this site you can do all this for free, where successful you get to keep all your PPI. You only pay for the posting within the post office for your proof.

Its actually quite simple to do, they have 8 weeks in full to respond.

If you read on the threads of the claims companies, they are all having problems and even taking longer than doing it yourself.
