Paypal help please

morning all
I sold some bits on ebay last month paypal said one item was safe to post so posted to the paypal address .Buyer left good feedback
Just been checking my paypal account paypal has taken back payment and they buyer is longer on ebay where do i stand and what do i do?

AFAIK you will need to have complied with paypal seller protection rules and supply paypal with proof of delivery by an online trackable method
